Bought an almost £400 bed for my daughter and bed never turned up despite patiently waiting for the delivery and numerous attempts to contact them on email and not to mention it’s impossible to get through on the phone we managed to get our money back from the bank. What a waste of time to top it off she had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for over a month until another bed came.

What a crazy company!!! I wouldn't recommend ordering from this website as I am still waiting for part three of my double bed to be delivered over two months after I ordered it! There is no customer service whatsoever as you can't communicate with anyone. I am glad I acted quickly and asked my bank to investigate.

I would not recommend this company
First off this company is a total nightmare to get through to. When my bed arrived with fixings missing I contacted the customer service and after several promises that they were sending some out to me almost TWO MONTHS later and after yet another rather fed up email from myself to them, they finally sent them to me.
I would definitely not recommend this company, customer service is awful.

BED COLLAPSED
NEVER buy from this company. Bought a bed last year, slats broke after 2 months. Said they would send replacement slats…never sent them.
At the weekend the bed collapsed whist my daughter was lying on it. Have asked for a full refund, have refused because they said the company went into administration and was bought by another company. However, funny how they’re still trading under the same name Crazypricebeds. They offered me replacement parts, why on earth would I want replacement parts for it to happen again and cause an accident or injury.

Ordered bed Monday 23-01 arrived on the 25-01which was brilliant, until I opened it and found all hardware and 2 legs missing! Emailed company Wednesday evening got automated reply back. Next day replied with a generic email asking for order number which was supplied, that's the last I heard! Subsequent emails receive same replies or non at all, no phone number to contact company and social media deny any contact with customer services. Glad I paid with credit card so I won't lose my money.
UPDATE, had a delivery today 4-2-23 of missing parts, guess what? still parts missing!!!! Even though every part was listed in email so still no complete bed ???

Fake reviews and poorly made bed
i bought this bed and after 2 years the actual bed frame failed with the boot actually penetrating through the frame itself. The warranty is just 12 months but i thought their customer service would have helped with this as its clearly a faulty product. they were prompt with their response but declined to help any further with the matter. the actual material itself feels cheap also, I wouldn’t recommend and would spend a bit more money from elsewhere. Reading other reviews i am not the only one who has
has experienced this.
when i went to write a review on their website it said only people who bought the item can leave reviews. i bought the item and i wasn't able to, which makes me think all the reviews on their actual website are fake as they are all 5*

TERRIBLE customer service and still NO BED
TERRIBLE customer service and bed still not delivered.
I ordered a bed and trundle weeks ago. The trundle was delivered well in time and the courier said the bed would be delivered the next day, which it was not. I am still awaiting the bed. I have emailed customer services multiple times, most with no response. Other times a person says they will look in to it, but still no action thereafter. I was told it was dispatched to the courier, along with the trundle. So I then tried multiple times to get hold of XDP (the courier) with no luck and costing me a fortune on premium call fees, as their chat function/contact does not work. I have now requested a refund instead as I need the bed urgently and can't wait any longer and have had no response.
I would advise not to buy from this company at this time as it seems to be having serious issues.

Bad communication/ Not happy with customer service
Contacted them regarding missing nails (no apologies given for this) for the bed that I ordered . 5th January they said they will send a new hardware pack within 5-7 working days. Emailed multiple times to understand where this package is as I wasn't able to complete the bed. No response to my email yet and not received anything yet- not great. I had to go out and buy the nails myself, otherwise I would be waiting forever. Not happy at all with the service and won't buy from this company again.

Went without a hitch
After reading the negative reviews on here I was genuinely nervous about buying from Crazy Price Beds. But it went without a hitch. Bed was delivered in 3 days, exactly what I ordered, no missing parts. Glad I took the chance.

I purchased a bed at the end of may last year by middle of November it had broken , since November I have emailed after email finally started to get a response to replace the parts I still haven’t received these parts they said give us one more chance to sort this out which I did but still no luck so I asked for a refund and was told a refund only applies if the goods break in 30days so even thou the customer service hasn’t been good and still no parts received they won’t refund and I still have broken bed after three months not happy at all awful service not holding out much hope of this getting sorted soon

4 months and no bed.
I ordered a bed on the 13th of November 2022 and i still haven’t received it, after waiting over two months for it, I got in touch with the admin who said to choose another bed as the one I ordered wasn’t in stock anymore, so I did and I provided the delivery details again too and yet again I’m left with no bed and no reply. £300 on a bed I haven’t even received! I need someone to get in touch with me ASAP so I can sort this out, almost 4 months and still no bed, this is ridiculous.

Bed retuned, money not!!!!!!
In October 2022 I ordered a bed. On arrival it was not as expected. I returned the bed at my own cost (and informed customer service I would be doing so) I received proof of delivery and still have not received a refund. I am now left over £300 down and don't even have a bed to show for it.
I am now only receiving automated responses to my email, and weekly junk mail from Crazy Price Beds!
Absolutely do not buy from this company.

I ordered a bed in Nov ‘22 which never arrived. I was told it had been ‘delivered’ and an investigation would be conducted. The customer service is abismal, numerous emails sent with no reply. Only this week (after chasing the company and threatening legal action) have a received a reply stating the company went into administration, conveniently, the day after I purchased the bed so not only could I not receive a replacement product, I also can’t get a refund. Absolute scam of a company!
*id like to add the only way to get a refund is not via the company as they refused. I need to chase with my bank to have it refunded which isn’t guaranteed.

Was a bit unsure after reading other reviews but took the chance because of the great prices. So glad I did! Received my child's new bed and mattress within a few days. Really comfortable and looks great! Would definitely buy from here again
